Once an order is placed : 

 Each hats are hand sewn in Garden Grove, then embroidered in DTLA

    Each hat is hand-numbered on the inside label
      Hat is rigorously cleaned and checked for imperfections before shipping
        Custom hat care brush included with 1st purchase
          Membership designation assigned
